GI and MS Pipe

General-purpose mild steel tubes are produced according to the British Standard BS- 1387 and Bangladesh Standard BDS- 1031. Galvanizing is done according to the British Standard BS- 729 which is equivalent to DIN- 2444 and IS- 4736.

Features

Install Production Capacity: 4000 MT per year
Production range: ” to 8” nominal bore dia pipes
x ” box to 3”x 3” box and rectangular thereof.
Galvanizing Capacity: Maximum 4000 MT per year
Production Process: Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) process employing high Pipes is a frequency welding system, used for manufacturing the pipe. Pipes are galvanized by a hot-dip Galvanizing process.
Length of Pipe: Black pipes from ” to 8” nominal bore dia and all (20 ft) standard lengths. Length can be supplied as per customer requirement.
End Finish: GI pipes are bevel-threaded as per BS- 21 pipe thread Black pipes are either plain ended or beveled.
